In the Grmany DESY center near Hamburg, after many years of construction, XFEL was opened-a several ? kilometer free electron laser, a unique testing device, including for biology, chemistry, pharmacology, physics, materials science. Thanks to the fast pulses of very energetic light, it will allow you to look inside the matter at hte atomic level and preform very accurate ?films? of phenomena occuring in various materials.
Over a dozen countries participated in the undertaking, including Poland.
As part of the project, Kubara Lamina provided absorbers highly technologically adwanced and innovatively, its task is to supress higher parasitic vibration modules in X-ray lasers on free electrons.
