SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Designing, production and sale of microwave, vacuum products, electrical equipment, tools, sub-assemblies and semi-conductor systems. R&D in relation to microwave and semi-conductor techniques. WSK confirms that the company complies with the requirements set out in Art. 11.2 of the Act of 29.11.2000 on Trading Goods, Technologies and Services that Are Strategic for the State?s Security and for the Maintenance of International Peace and Security with Other Countries. In connection with the production of microwave products used to equip radiolocation stations used by the Polish Army, Kubara Lamina manufactures and trades in military and police products defined in the WT: II, VI and WT VIII based on the Concession No B-437/2003 granted by the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 15 December 2003, as amended, including amendments made by the Decision No 5 of 07.08.2018 to expand the concession:

• manufacturing military or police products set out in items: WT II ? WT III, WT V ? WT VI, WT VIII ? WT IX
• trading in military or police products set out in items: WTI section 5, WT II ? WT XII and WT XIV, and trading in technologies of military or police purpose.
